FOUNDER / EVANGELISTIC TEAM:

In 2002, Amos & Linda and their family, in response to God's call, opened the doors of a local federal prison to share hope in Christ through singing and music. This act of love and faith was not a solitary endeavor, as other volunteers and local singing groups joined them, forming a vibrant community of believers.

In 2009, Light of Hope Evangelistic Ministry was established and a three-person board surrounded them to help give wisdom and guidance to its vision.

Amos has been ordained as an evangelist by his home church and serves on its leadership team.

Since 2018, the Stoltzfus family has served as the Evangelistic Team for Light of Hope Evangelistic Ministry. The team ministers in song and music in churches, prisons, and communities throughout the United States, Canada, and wherever the Lord leads them.

The children are Benjamin, Kaitynn, Joshua, Ethan, Elissa, Alayna, Isaiah, Sophia, and Jasmine, Thaddeus.

WE BELIEVE

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that Jesus Christ gave His life and shed His blood on the cross for the sins of the whole world. We believe our only hope for salvation is confessing our sins to God and believing in the death, burial, and resurrection of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, buried with Him in water baptism, and raised in newness of life, living under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. In the history of the world, there has never been a more important, influential, and polarizing person than Jesus Christ. In the Seven, we’ll explore the seven reactions of seven ancient churches that sit in ruins today—and discover what we as the church today can learn from Jesus’ words to those churches in the book of Revelation.
