THE SOFTBALL OUTREACH GIVE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THE CONNECTION OUT ON THE YARD.

TEAMS ARE NEEDED TO ASSIST WITH THE SOFTBALL OUTREACH PROGRAM.

**SOFTBALL OUTREACH PROGRAM**

** TEAM REGISTRATION**

The team captain is responsiblie for registering a softball team to participate in the Softball Outreach by calling Amos Stoltzfus at (570) 412-5532 or click the link below to download a registration form.

After the registered, a link will be sent to the captain to download the application for each participant. Each person must be 18 years or older to participate in the softball outreach.

All applications and full payment must be received by Light of Hope by Friday, July 11th.
